Afton Alps Fall Fair Boasts Free Chairlift Rides, Pumpkin Decorating
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) - A place that's known for its winter activities is celebrating a different season this weekend.
Afton Alps is holding their Fall Fair and Swap.
Fairgoers can enjoy a beer and wine festival for $15, which includes a glass.
Other events going on--free chairlift rides, hayrides and pumpkin decorating.
This weekend is also a chance for skiers and snowboarders to do some back to the slopes shopping and swapping.
"It's going to be a beautiful weekend to see the fall colors, and to also come by, have a beer, swap your equipment and have a beer," a spokesperson said.
The event continues through Sunday.
