1 Killed In Aitkin Co. Head-On Crash
AITKIN, Minn. (WCCO) -- A 66-year-old Grand Rapids man was killed in a head-on crash in Aitkin County Sunday morning.
According to the State Patrol, John Hohlen was driving along Highway 169 just south of Hill City. He was involved in a crash with a car going in the opposite direction at about noon.
Hohlen was killed in the crash.
The other car was carrying two people -- Daniel and Janine Mattfield. The former was listed in critical condition. The latter's condition was not reported.
