Prosecutors have charged a Long Prairie man with killing his ex-wife. Forty-six-year-old Craig Lamont Williams was charged Friday in Todd County with second-degree murder.

Police say a group of three to five black males have been targeting those walking alone – day or night – in downtown Minneapolis, and robbing them of their wallets, purses and or cell phones. Minneapolis police said four muggings have taken place between Aug. 12 and Aug. 19. The suspects are in their late teens, or early 20s. They target lone individuals and some victims have been pushed or punched.

After numerous incidents of rocks being throwing through moving car windows in St. Louis Park, authorities are offering a $500 reward for information leading to the arrest of those involved. St. Louis Park reports that two incidents took place on Monday night between 10 and 11:30 p.m. Then there were another five reports of rocks thrown through passing car windows between 3 and 10:10 p.m. on Tuesday.
The Hennepin County Attorney's Office is seeking an extension to keep the person suspected in a suspicious death in Shoreview in prison. Jetaun Helen Wheeler, 29, is currently being held in the Hennepin County jail for probable cause murder in connection with case.
