Miami Seaquarium parent company files for bankruptcy

The Dolphin Company, which operates dozens of dolphin habitats and theme parks in 8 countries, said that the Chapter 11 filing will enable them to restructure their balance sheet and improve their financial position, according to Bloomberg.
