Fort Lauderdale residents share frustrations with flooding caused by king tides
Broward residents are voicing their frustrations brought about by king tides. Twice a day, water floods Northeast 32nd Avenue just south of Oakland Park Boulevard. It's not rainwater; it's saltwater from the tides themselves.
