Family of man killed in Clearwater Ferry crash angered that no charges have been filed

Joe Castro died when the ferry was hit by another boat captained by Jeffrey Knight on Sunday night, according to Florida Fish and Wildlife. Knight left the scene and went to a boat ramp more than three miles away.
