Ex-Hialeah Police Chief Sergio Velazquez walks out of jail

Arrested for allegedly stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars in public funds, former Hialeah Police Chief Sergio Velazquez appeared in court Tuesday where he entered a plea of not guilty.
