Anna Kepner’s stepbrother charged as adult in her killing after her cruise ship death in 2025
The 16-year-old stepbrother of a teenager found dead under a bead on a Carnival Cruise ship in 2025 has been charged as an adult in connection to her sexual assault and killing, according to the Department of Justice.
