The arraignment for a co-defendant, Mar-a-Lago property manager Carlos De Oliveira, was postponed because he still doesn't have a Florida lawyer.
De Oliveira, the property manager at Trump's Mar-a-Lago Florida resort, and Nauta, Trump's "body-man," appeared in federal court in Fort Pierce, Florida.
The men are charged as co-conspirators in the case brought by special counsel Jack Smith.
