FORT LAUDERDALE - Two young children were rushed to a hospital after they were found unresponsive in a backyard pool.

Hollywood police said it happened Friday morning at a home in the 6400 block of Meade Street.

The children were rushed to Joe Dimaggio Children's Hospital, no word on their condition.

One neighbor said she believes seen the kids in passing.

"If it was the kids that I've seen, because like I said, I don't know if people rent out the house, probably like five and up I think it is, but it's really sad that they're going through this situation," she said. 

Hollywood police are investigating.
