Surfside Child On Bike Airlifted After Getting Hit By Taxi

SURFSIDE (CBSMiami) -- A child had to be airlifted to the hospital Friday after getting hit by a taxi cab in north Miami Beach.
Officials said the child was riding a bicycle before getting hit near 94th Street and Harding Avenue.
The driver remained on scene.
The child was taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The accident is under investigation.
