Warm Wednesday expected in South Florida with a few showers possible
It will be a warm and breezy start to April across South Florida on Wednesday with a few showers possible.
It was a mild start to the day with temperatures in the 70s.
High temperatures are expected to climb into the low 80s on Wednesday afternoon with a mix of clouds and sunshine.
Wednesday evening will be mild and dry for Passover with temperatures in the mid- to upper 70s with some isolated showers possible.
The strong, onshore breeze is keeping the risk of dangerous rip currents high along the Atlantic beaches.
A small craft caution is in effect for boaters over the Atlantic waters and Keys waters.
The chance of rain will increase on Thursday due to a surge of moisture leading to more scattered showers.
High temperatures will remain in the low 80s with east winds sustained at 10-15 mph and gusts to over 20 mph are possible.
Friday and Saturday will stay warm and breezy with high temperatures in the low 80s with some spotty showers riding in on the ocean breeze.
On Sunday it will be warm with high temperatures in the low 80s with the potential of seeing passing showers on Easter.
It will be warmer with some higher rain chances in South Florida early next week.
