South Florida Temperatures To Take A Tumble
MIAMI (CBS4) -- Old Man Winter is making a return trip to South Florida. The blizzard in New England is sending cold air all the way down into our area.
Temperatures Wednesday will be about 15 degrees cooler than Tuesday with highs in the mid 60s and it'll be windy, according to CBS4 Meteorologist Jeff Berardelli. Winds will gust to 30 mph.
There is a Wind Chill Advisory in effect Wednesday night through Thursday morning for most of South Florida so be sure to bundle up.
Expect actual low temperatures in the upper 30s inland and mid 40s along the coast, but breezy north winds will make it feel like the 30s in most areas late Wednesday night and early Thursday.
Thursday is forecast to be sunny but chilly with highs only in the mid 60s and cool again at night.
By the weekend, temperatures will be back closer to normal with highs in the mid 70s and some sun.
