Person Struck, Killed By Commuter Train
PEMBROKE PARK (CBSMiami) - The Broward Sheriff's Office has launched an investigation after a person was struck by a Tri-Rail train on Sunday morning.
The train was headed northbound when it struck and killed the person, described as a male in his 30s, in the 2900 block of SW 30th Avenue.
Investigators are working to determine what led up to the man being struck around 8 a.m. The sheriff's office has not released his name.
