North Miami man faces child porn charges
MIAMI - A 19-year-old North Miami man is in jail accused of a disturbing crime.
Police say Frank Noguera allegedly uploaded several pornographic images of children onto Twitter and Snapchat accounts.
Noguera was charged with 3 counts of possession of child pornography.
A judge set his bond at $5,000.
