Missing Miami woman 73-year-old Celila Joseph found safe
MIAMI - Miami police have thanked the public for their assistance in helping to find 73-year-old Celila Joseph.
Joseph, who has dementia, was reported missing on Wednesday after she was last seen on the Upper East Side.
Thursday morning, police said she had been located and was in good health.
