Atlanta, Not Miami, Will Host 2018 CFP National Championship

The College Football Playoff announced the sites for the 2018-2020 championship games today and South Florida came up short.
Sun Life Stadium was in the running to host the 2018 title game but it was awarded to Atlanta. This comes after Miami Dolphins owner Stephen Ross put up over $400 million to renovate the stadium.
The next five sites are below:
2016: Glendale, AZ
2017: Tampa, FL
2018: Atlanta, GA
2019: Santa Clara, CA
2020: New Orleans, LA
They're still believed to be in the running for future Super Bowls.
