DAVIE (CBSMiami) – The Miami Dolphins are headed into their 50th season in South Florida, and they're ready to celebrate it big in 2015.

The team announced the half-a-century celebration will include a throwback jersey, voting for the top 50 players and greatest game in Dolphins history.

A customized 50th season logo and patch was also unveiled on Saturday, which will adorn all the players' jerseys.

Each home game will also have a theme. They are as follows:

Preseason

• Aug. 29 vs Atlanta Falcons: Military Appreciation
• Sept. 3 vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers: USA Football

Regular Season

• Sept. 27 vs Buffalo Bills: 50th Season Kickoff sponsored by Publix
• Oct. 25 vs Houston Texans: A Crucial Catch
• Nov. 22 vs Dallas Cowboys: Salute To Service sponsored by Bank of America
• Dec. 6 vs Baltimore Ravens: Play 60
• Dec. 14 vs New York Giants: Alumni – Throwback/50th Season Homecoming
• Dec. 27 vs. Indianapolis Colts: Celebration of South Florida
• Jan. 3 vs New England Patriots: Fan Appreciation

And for fans who want a book chronicling the team's 50th anniversary, they'll be able to pick "Fins at Fifty."

The 256-page hardcover coffee table book covers all the big moments in Dolphins history, "using one-of-a-kind photos and historical artifacts from the team's official archives, as well as unique first-person accounts from some of the greats."
