Damaged Storm Pipe Caused Traffic Headache On Sunny Isles Beach

MIAMI (CBSMiami) - A damaged storm water piper caused a major traffic headache Friday morning on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach.
All southbound lanes were closed between 172nd and 174th streets. Southbound traffic was diverted to a northbound lane which meant extremely heavy delays during rush hour.
