Fire crews battle Val Verde brush fire, no structures threatened
Los Angeles Fire Department crews battled a brush fire in Val Verde Thursday afternoon, on Chiquito Canyon Road.
The blaze reached about 100 acres as firefighters worked to contain flames.
Crews responded around 1:40 p.m. to the 28100 block of Chiquito Canyon Road, according to LAFD. No structures were reported threatened.
