It happened on Jan. 26 at around 1:25 p.m., at which point deputies were dispatched to the 6300 block of Cayucos Drive in Phelan, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department.
It was reported just after 3;30 p.m. on the northern bank of the Santa Ana River bottom near Market Street and Via Cerro according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
The earthquake hit near Highland just before 10 p.m.
The crash happened at around 8:30 p.m. near Riverview Drive and Rios Road, deputies said.
