Kevin shows off his curling skills at Wine Country Curling Club!

Right here in the Sacramento and Roseville area, the Wine Country Curling Club is keeping the sport alive and growing. They’re dedicated to promoting curling throughout Northern California and take to the ice at Skatetown Ice in Roseville. Curling is an ice sport where athletes slide 42-pound stones down the ice, aiming for a target at the opposite end. Often described as chess on ice, it’s a strategic mix of bowling and shuffleboard and it’s surprisingly addictive to watch.
