The wines are made by Marco Cappelli who’s been in the industry over 40 years. The wines are local, fresh, unrefined & unfiltered. Using a local winery as a custom crush facility, the Wines go from the barrel, then to kegs, then right to the bottle. The wines are wonderful, equivalent to drinking straight from the barrel.
