The Dallas Police Department has identified a man wanted for indecent exposure at a construction site as Jibril Salami, 31. Detectives have obtained a warrant for Jibril Salami's arrest for the charge of Evading Arrest with a bond of $50,000.

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - A construction worker told police that a man stripped completely naked, began to masturbate, then exposed his anus before fleeing on foot Tuesday.

It happened between noon and 4 p.m., at a construction site in the 7200 block of Coach Light Drive in Dallas.

The construction worker described the suspect as a light skinned black male with short dread locks, weighing approximately 140 pounds.

Police were called again, a day later on Wednesday after the same construction worker said the dreadlocked man was lying on the ground masturbating at the site. He was clothed in a grey t-shirt, black pants with a white stripe, and was carrying a black and blue shopping bag. Police were unable to catch him after a brief foot chase.

Officers said they think he lives in the area near the construction site where he enjoyed exposing himself. His indecent behavior happened numerous times, according to the construction worker who witnessed it.

Anyone with information related to the suspect or his offenses, can call Detective Ahrens with the Dallas Police Department at 214.671.3991.
