ODESSA (CBSDFW.COM) - Two Texas lunch ladies are out of work after taking home leftovers from an elementary school cafeteria in Odessa.
Someone posted pictures on Facebook of the women walking out of the school with bags of food.
Federal law requires that workers throw away cafeteria food that isn't consumed by students. Thus, the district said the women knew it was wrong and fired them yesterday.
