Ukraine says Russian "full-scale invasion" underway as shelling reported in Kyiv and other cities
Kyiv — Ukraine's Foreign Minister said early Thursday morning that Russia had launched a "full-scale invasion," and President Joe Biden accused Vladimir Putin of personally choosing to carry out "a premeditated war that will bring a catastrophic loss of life and human suffering."
