The Pistons holding media day today at the Palace but the big story is off the court where the team is at a reported impasse in contract talks with Rodney Stuckey. ESPN.com reports that Detroit has offered Stuckey a 5-year $40 million deal, which he has turned down. Stuckey could sign a 1-year qualifying offer for $3.8 million and then become an unrestricted free agent this summer. Stuckey on twitter today says "Don't believe everything you hear."

Reports say the Pistons are one of four teams in on free agent PG Reggie Williams. New York, Portland and Charlotte are also reportedly involved.

The Lions are back to work today in Allen Park which means Ndamukong Suh is returning to the practice field for the first time since his suspension ended. Suh is slated to talk to Valenti and Foster today at 2:30 p.m. on 97.1 The Ticket. Chris Houston and Nick Fairley are also practicing today but Louis Delmas, Eric Wright and Justin Durant are not on the field.

Joel Zumaya threw for nearly 50 scouts today down in Houston. Reports say the former Tiger was hitting between 93 and 96 MPH on the radar gun.
