Chrysler House Gets Two New Tenants

DETROIT -- Rock Ventures, the holding company for the various business investments of entrepreneur Dan Gilbert, Monday announced two new tenants at Chrysler House, the 23-story former Dime Savings Bank building at 719 Griswold.

The companies are:

* Allied Printing Co. Inc. -- The Ferndale-based company will open a sales office with a handful of employees in Chrysler House. Allied Printing's marketing support services include offset and digital print production, bindery and finishing, data and direct mail services, warehousing, fulfillment and distribution services. The company is leasing just over 1,800 square feet and plans to move in August 2012. Allied Printing is expanding to the city so it can collaborate with its Detroit-based clients in person, providing exceptional customer service. They hope to hire in the next year and establish a larger presence in downtown Detroit. More at www.allied-online.com.

* Hubbard, Snitchler, & Parzianello PLC -- Formerly located in Farmington Hills, HSP will be relocating its office to downtown Detroit. The firm provides world-class legal service to clients in several areas of practice, including business law and litigation, corporate law, employment law, securities litigation, estate planning, family law, immigration and international law, construction law, insurance law and real estate. Nine full-time employees will be housed in the 5,650 square-foot office.

"When John Hubbard, Mark Snitchler and I began discussing a location for our new firm, we knew we had to return to our roots in the city of Detroit -- where we had worked previously and attended law school," said HSP partner Eric A. Parzianello. "As Detroit continues to re-establish itself as a hub for commerce, we want to serve as a resource for companies and entrepreneurs to grow and prosper."
