Body Of Teen Found On CMU Campus Identified
MOUNT PLEASANT (WWJ) - A body found on the campus of Central Michigan University Sunday evening has been identified as that of an 18-year-old Dearborn Heights man, who'd been reported missing earlier on Sunday.
Central Michigan University Police Chief Bill Yeagley says the body found in a pond near Park Library is that of Michael Anthony Hartnett, who had been on campus visiting friends.
CMU officials say Hartnett's father indicated that his son was an insulin-dependent diabetic.
An autopsy will be conducted Monday.
