Snow-strapped Colorado mountain county sees significant drop in tourism and traffic year over year

A few new restaurants in Frisco were counting on winter crowds to carry them through their first slow season, once the ski resorts close up. Instead, many are finding themselves waiting for customers who are not showing up during one of the months they can usually count on.
