Denver neighborhood looks to address safety concerns with new improvement district

Another Denver neighborhood is taking it upon itself to address issues, including safety concerns. Denver City Councilwoman Amanda Sawyer spearheaded the efforts to gauge interest in a special district in Cherry Creek based on feedback she received from constituents.
