The largest U.S. health insurer said it will eliminate approval requirements for some treatments, including select outpatient surgeries and other procedures.
Some of the nation's health insurers say they're taking steps to speed the process by which doctors approve medical care.
Luigi Mangione will be eligible for the death penalty if convicted as charged.
