Crews close trail in Colorado city of Golden due to heavy bear activity
Municipal crews in Golden have closed a walking trail because of heavy bear activity.
The Tucker Gulch Trail is located in a neighborhood of the Colorado city, between 1st Street and 7th Place.
City officials said the trail will be closed until further notice.
Drought conditions in Colorado have been pushing a much higher number of black bears to look for food in areas where humans reside than normal.
