Tri-County Health Department Loses 91 Death Certificates
AURORA, Colo. (CBS4) - The Tri-County Health Department has confirmed that 91 death certificates are lost.
The department sent them to a lab. From there they were supposed to get to the main health department office in Cherry Creek but never made it.
Tri-County Health is now changing its procedure for sending death certificates, which will now be sent by registered mail.
