City Of Westminster Buys Sears Building At Westminster Mall
WESTMINSTER, Colo. (CBS4) - The city of Westminster is buying the Sears building at the old Westminster Mall.
Sears will close the store this summer. Once that happens, the city will demolish the building and start work on a new retail center.
The center will be modeled after Belmar in Lakewood and The Streets at Southglenn.
