CDOT Closes Independence Pass For The Season
DENVER (CBS4) - The Colorado Department of Transportation has closed Independence Pass for the season.
"With 4 inches of snow west of the pass and 8 inches east, cold temperatures, ice and snowpack, a seasonal closure was determined the best course of action for everyone's safety on this narrow, winding roadway," Nancy Shanks with CDOT said in a statement.
