Bobby Joe Berry Charged With Murder In May Death of Darrell Berry
MANITOU SPRINGS, Colo. (CBS4)- El Paso County authorities have charged a man wanted for a murder that happened in May. Bobby Joe Berry is the suspect in a murder that happened in Manitou Springs.
Investigators found the body of Darrell Berry, 70, in a home on May 13.
Bobby Joe Berry was arrested on unrelated charges in August. He was charged with first-degree murder in Berry's death on Tuesday.
Authorities haven't released whether the two men are related or a motive for the crime.
