According to police, Eleno Silva, 57, of Oswego and owner of Martini Banquet Hall in Yorkville, was charged with six counts of child pornography and three counts of child sexual abuse material after they said he copied surveillance video from designated changing areas at the business where underage girls were in various stages of undress and put those images on his cellphone.
The images depicted underage females in a designated changing area during multiple events hosted by the business in 2023, police said.
