Someone came into a Dodge dealership on Western Avenue and shot both victims.
At 6:30 p.m., the 20-year-old man and the 50-year-old woman were in a Dodge dealership in the 7300 block of South Western Avenue when someone came in and shot them both.
The water main broke at Western Avenue and Jackson Boulevard Tuesday evening.
The bar has been in the ownership of the same family since 1989.
