The new mayor of Arlington Heights, Illinois, got to work before he even took the oath of office on Monday. Mayor James Tinaglia is an architect who served as village trustee for 12 years. He met with Chicago Bears president and CEO Kevin Warren on Monday before taking the oath of office.

Last summer -- the suburbs appeared to be on the front burner, with the team spending millions to buy and demolish the old Arlington International Racecourse. But that may be changing, reports CBS 2 Political Reporter Chris Tye.
Some conflicts have emerged over how much tax the Bears would pay if they built a large, mixed-use complex, including the stadium at the property. CBS 2's Chris Tye reports.
Warren said the team is not considering any options to stay at Soldier Field.
Warren will replace Ted Phillips, who is retiring after nearly 40 years with the team.
