Could taxpayers be left with bill for any of new Bears stadium plan?
Mayor Brandon Johnson said repeatedly that the Bears' plan for a new stadium -- which relies partially on public money -- would not come at an additional cost to taxpayers. But one expert says when it comes to the infrastructure improvements that are part of the plan, that may not be true. CBS 2's Sabrina Franza reports.
