Chicago Weather: Winter Weather Advisory Tuesday For DeKalb, Kane, And McHenry
CHICAGO (CBS) -- It will be turning cloudy Monday night as a wintry mix heads our way.
By 2 to 3 a.m., snow should move into our far northwestern counties. The best chance for any accumulation would be for Kane, DeKalb, and McHenry counties, where a Winter Weather Advisory will be in effect from 2 to 10 a.m.
A total of 1 to 2 inches of snow possible there.
Elsewhere, expect a minor, slushy accumulation and all rain along and south of I-80.
The low for Monday night is 33.
Early-morning snow will changeover to rain by mid-morning Tuesday. Cold rain lingers through the day. The high for Tuesday is 43.
On Wednesday, look for scattered rain showers and a high of 52.
