Quieter end to the work week, cool weekend in Baltimore
Brighter weather is ahead for Thursday!
The temperature will remain a bit cooler than average across Maryland on Thursday. Plan on a partly, to mostly, cloudy sky with a chance of sprinkles through Thursday afternoon. The majority of the afternoon will be spent in the low to mid-60s on Thursday and again on Friday. The final day of the workweek includes a chance of scattered showers during the afternoon and evening hours. A low shower chance continues into the beginning of the weekend.
Even cooler air settles in on Saturday. Temperatures peak in the upper 50s and lower 60s on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. A breeze will make it feel chillier. The forecast is dry. Frost is possible on Sunday morning, gardeners.
Scattered showers return to Maryland next week
Another pair of low-end rain chances comes on Monday and Tuesday. While we'll take any rain we can get, neither day includes drought-busting rain. Temperatures trend a bit warmer heading into the middle of the workweek.
