New treatment for certain breast cancer could help with recovery, study says

In a small study of early-stage breast cancer patients with BRCA gene mutations, researchers from the University of Cambridge found that all of the patients treated with chemotherapy, followed two days later by a drug called “olaparib”, survived for at least three years after surgery.
