New drug may more effectively treat Lyme Disease with fewer side effects, researchers find

WBZ-TV's Dr. Mallika Marshall reports that researchers at Northwestern University found the drug Piperacillin to be more effective than Doxycycline in treating Lyme Disease at a lower dose and with fewer side effects.
