Inmates say they're facing retaliation after speaking out about lack of prison programs
Inmates at one Massachusetts institution say that the prison administration has retaliated against them for speaking out after an I-Team report aired in March. WBZ-TV's Chief Investigator Cheryl Fiandaca reports.
