Mass. communities dealing with shortages of salt and ice melt during rollercoaster winter

Parts of Massachusetts are bracing for a wintry mix of snow and rain moving in through the overnight Thursday and a shortage of salt could have some communities scraping the bottom by week's end. WBZ-TV's Tiffany Chan reports.
