Man accused in deadly Roxbury hit-and-run allegedly stole SUV from Seaport garage

A Boston man is being held on $150,000 bail for allegedly striking two sisters in a Roxbury crosswalk, killing one of them. WBZ-TV's Beth Germano reports.
