Grassroots campaign aims to lessen energy prices in Massachusetts

Massachusetts residents were outraged last year as utility companies charged hundreds of dollars in delivery fees, but now some residents are working on a grassroots campaign to do something about it. WBZ-TV's Chris Tanaka reports.
