Government shutdown adds wrinkle to Salem Halloween celebrations

The city of Salem is preparing for more than a million visitors this month for their annual Haunted Happenings, even as the federal government shutdown creates some unexpected obstacles. WBZ-TV’s Aaron Parseghian reports.
